• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship nationwide via trusted couriers.

• Standard delivery timeline: 3–7 business days for Metro Manila, 5–10 business days for provincial areas (subject to courier serviceability).

• Shipping fees are calculated upon checkout. Free shipping may apply for qualified orders.

3. Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns/exchanges within 3 days of receipt for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

• For hygiene/safety reasons, certain items (like opened consumables or personal care tools) may not be returnable.

• Refunds are processed via the original payment method or store credit, depending on agreement.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they are not yet shipped.

• Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
